Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 22 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed
the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 84 Nursing Homes and 17 Churches.
To God Be The Glory!
Monday June 1 st ~
Published from the library in Minot, North Dakota. Then drove to Stanley, N.D. where
they've switched their free city campground over to paid camping due to oil-field
workers filling up the place.
However, a visit to City Hall gained me a free night with shower. M.G.B.T!
Tuesday June 2 nd ~
Ministered at the "Mountrail County Bethel Home" here in Stanley. Then drove to
Williston, North Dakota.
Wednesday June 3 rd ~
Sang at "The Kensington" assisted living center for a large group of folks. The
activity director wanted me to know that a particular lady who is normally rather nasty,
was tapping her feet and paying close attention to the words. Praise God!
Thursday June 4 th ~
Here in Williston I was able to minister at the "Bethel Lutheran Home". This is one of
the largest facilities I've been in. Their activity room seats near a hundred residents.
With stage and in-house sound system, it turns into quite a production.
Friday June 5 th ~
Spent some time in the library over the past few days editing videos and a couple of
new songs. Was able to get a new video on the website home page and one of the
songs copyrighted online through the Library of Congress.
Saturday June 6 th ~
Crossed the border into Montana and sang at the Extended Care Section of the
Hospital in Sidney.
Sunday June 7 th ~
Attended worship services at the "Yellowstone Community Church" in Savage,
Montana. Then on to Glendive where I spotted a cheap motel.
It's been a couple of cold-wet days, plus I'm due a shower. So I decided to splurge,
and spent thirty one dollars for one of the rare motel rooms I stay in throughout the
year.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!
Yours In Christ, Larry
