Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 20 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the
privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 75 Nursing Homes and 13 Churches. To God
Be The Glory!
Monday May 18 th ~
Published the UPDATE from the library in Watertown, Wisconsin. Then continued on to
Portage for the night.
Tuesday May 19 th ~
In the town of Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin I was able to minister at the "Golden Living
Center". Went up and down the hallways strumming up business. Walked into the
Therapy Room and sang a preview for about ten staff and residents. Then into the
Alzheimer's Unit for a while where a bunch of folks were already gathered.
By this time the A.D. had assembled a group out on the front porch. It being a pretty day
in a quite neighborhood, we enjoyed a special outdoor session.
In the afternoon while looking for a shower I stumbled onto a rare inexpensive ($7) RV
Park. Went ahead and stayed for the night. Unfortunately towards evening the
mosquitoes got pretty bad. Pro's and Con's to everything.
Wednesday May 20 th ~
Crossed the border into Minnesota. Missed a turn and in an effort to get back on my
intended course I ended up on an obscure highway. Drove by the entry to the "Ironwood
Springs Christian Ranch". Decided to pull in and say hi.
This place specializes in youth and family camps, horse and trail camps, winter snow
retreats and serves as a rental facility for corporate meetings and team building events.

Visited with the owner (Bob) for a while who ended up directing me to the "Stewartville
Care Center" where I was able to minister for some folks.
Thursday May 21 st ~
In Owatonna, Wisconsin I found a Ramada Inn which has been converted into an assisted
living facility "Valleyview of Owatonna". It just opened up, so we had a small group (4
residents and a staff member).
Continued north to Burnsville and hooked up with old friends Rick, Pam and Cullen.
Friday May 22 nd ~
Sang at the "Carefree Living" ALF for a large group of folks.
Another First Experience: Rick, Pam, Cullen and Tim took me to a professional baseball
game at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, between the Twins and Brewers. Fun Time.
Saturday May 23 rd ~
Another sweet day of fellowship with Rick, Pam & Cullen.
Sunday May 24 th ~
Attended the "Hosanna" mega church with my Host. Then spent more time with them at
the city parks enjoying this beautiful day. Winters are long and cold around here. On
days like this, seems like everybody and their dogs are out and about.
And So Begins Another Week.
