Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 19 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed
the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 71 Nursing Homes and 13 Churches.
To God Be The Glory!
     Monday May 11 th ~
Ministered at the "Williams Bay Care Center" here in Wisconsin. I was finishing up
with "God Be With You Till We Meet Again" when all of a sudden the activity director
started jumping up and down all excited saying "Sing another chorus". Seems a dear
lady in a mobile bed who hasn't spoken, started singing along. Sure enough, all
scrunched up in a ball, with her eyes closed she kept singing louder and louder.
Afterwards, as I was going around shaking hands, I walked over to her and said
"Thank you for singing along". Clear as day she proclaimed "I Love Jesus".

Tuesday May 12 th ~
The Lord's Provision: At church this past Sunday a dear lady asked "Where are you
going next?" I replied, Lord Willing, Tuesday I'll go over to Kenosha". She immediately
asked where I'd be staying. When I said I didn't know, she said "Well you do now!"
Turns out she lives there and was scheduled to fly out Tuesday morning for a week in
the northeast. She gave me the address and sure enough, when I got into town I
arranged to sing Wednesday at one of the nursing homes and then went over to the
house. Which is on the shore of the Great Lake "Lake Michigan". What a view!
It was a rather strange experience walking into someone's house I've never been in
before. But there in the kitchen was a note saying "Help yourself to whatever you
need". May God Bless Her!

Wednesday May 13 th ~
Ministered at the "Golden Living Center" here in Kenosha for a fun group of folks.
Then during the evening, attended mid-week services at the "Maranatha Church"
where I enjoyed the Honor of contributing some songs along with a message.

Thursday May 14 th ~
Took the day off.

Friday May 15 th ~
Sang at the "Kindred Healthcare" facility here in Kenosha. They placed me in an open
area dinning room that included the front entry and a reception/nurses station all at
the intersection of two hallways. In the beginning there was quite a bit of ambient
noise: Nurses coming and going talking loudly, folks going in and out of the kitchen
letting doors slam, etc.
I prayed about it, turned it over to the Lord, and began to minister. Over the next
fifteen minutes I noticed a gradual change. Nurses speaking softly, folks closing doors
gently. I don't know if the Holy Spirit instigated the change, if the administrator spread
the word, or some combination of the two. Either way it was encouraging to see.
Praise God!

Saturday May 16 th ~
Day of Rest.

Sunday May 17 th ~
Got back on the road early headed northwest. Attended the "Evangelical Free
Church" in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Had lunch and an afternoon visit with friends Cindy &
Joy. Then on to a Wal-mart for the night.

And So Begins Another Week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours In Christ, Larry
