Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 18 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the
privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 63 Nursing Homes and 15 Churches. To God
Be The Glory!
Monday May 3 rd ~
Published from the library in Delavan, Wisconsin. Then over to Inspiration Ministries
(I.M.) where I got to sing for the folks. This is an awesome place which I look forward to
returning to every year. It used to be called the "Christian League for the Disabled". It
houses and employs both physically and cognitively disabled individuals of all ages.
A non-profit, faith-based facility sitting on 155 acres. A thrift store, work shop, main
residence complex with apartments, activity areas. Cafeteria and offices.
Then back in the woods is the retreat (camp) center where among other activities they
host week long camps for disabled kids and adults from all over the country. With
housing for almost 200. Large dinning/activity room. Outdoor amphitheater designed for
wheelchairs.
These dear folks allow me to park here while I'm in the area. May God Bless Them!
Tuesday May 4 th ~
Pulled out the printer. Sat it up in a corner of the Dinning Hall and printed CD jacket
covers, assembling more cases.
Wednesday May 5 th ~
These dear folks have given me the use of cabin #3 through the weekend. Praise God!
Sat up the microphone, keyboard, ect. and started working on recordings.
Thursday May 6 th ~
Sang at the "Willowfield Nursing & Rehab Center" in Delavan, Wisconsin. Then back to
I.M. to work on recordings.
Friday May 7 th ~
Spent the day doing recording work, then joined a Sister visiting a home-bound lady.
Sang a few for them.
Saturday May 8 th ~
Another day of recording work.
Sunday May 9 th ~
Attended services at "The River" in Delavan where I enjoyed the Honor of contributing
a Special. A rather unique place. It's an old downtown Movie Theater which has been
converted into a Church.
And So Begins Another Week.
