Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 15 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the
privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 55 Nursing Homes and 8 Churches. To God
Be The Glory!

Said my goodbye's to David & Amy here in Chester, South Carolina. A dear sweet family
in Christ.
Found the "Palmetto Village of Chester" ALF and ministered for a wonderful group of
folks.
The town library was closed due to the easter holiday. However I got permission to
access the internet at a motel to publish the update.
Tuesday April 14 th ~
Crossed into North Carolina on this rainy day and stopped in Lenoir where I was able to
minister at the "Gateway Nursing Center".
Wednesday April 15 th ~
Drove into the Blue Ridge Mt's through a corner of Tennessee and sang at the
"Hermitage Nursing Home" in Elizabethton.
Had a rough night at the Wal-mart. A group of kids partying and racing loud cars around
most the night.
Thursday April 16 th ~
Drove through the corner of Virginia. In Weber City I ministered at the "Brian Center" for
a large group of folks before their scheduled Bingo time.
On down the road, got a five dollar shower at the "Natural Tunnel State Park". Was
sorely tempted to spend the extra eleven dollars to park there for the night. But decided
to save the money.
Crossed into Kentucky where I promptly got pulled over by a Sheriff. He was suspicious
of the curtains on the van at first. However, after visiting a bit he realized I wasn't
smuggling drugs. So, no problem.
Friday April 17 th ~
Such a Beautiful Day! I just kept driving across Kentucky. Finally paused in the western
part of the state and walked into the "Morningside" assisted living facility. Good Timing!
They were getting ready to have their monthly birthday party. I was able to get the party
started singing these gospel songs with this very large group singing along like a regular
choir. We were having such a good time the A.D. had me keep going. Finally at one point
we figured we probably aught to eat some birthday cake.
What a thoughtful staff! They gave me a meal to go. A fifty dollar donation. And on their
own initiative, even provided a bucket of ice for the cooler. May God Bless Them!
Another milestone: Today our Tour Bus (minivan) reached 200,000 miles.
Saturday April 18 th ~
Drove on into Missouri to the Baptist church in Macomb where, as in previous years, I
was given a place to park and shower.
Sunday April 19 th ~
Enjoyed the Honor of contributing a Special during morning worship services. Then
joined the pastor's family for lunch at a yummy mexican food place.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!
Yours In Christ, Larry
