Nursing Home Music Ministry
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 9 week since beginning this years mission. So far we've
enjoyed the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 30 Nursing Homes and
4 Churches. To God Be The Glory!

Monday March 2 nd ~
Worked on the computer in Austin, Texas most of the day. Publishing,
cleaning up the website, creating a new video. Then drove out to Lakeway for
Barbara's Home Group/Pot Luck Dinner/Prayer Meeting/Worship Service.

Tuesday March 3 rd ~
Continued west to Johnson City, Texas and sang at the "LBJ Medical Center"
nursing home.

Wednesday March 4 th ~
On to Kerrville, Texas for a dentist appointment. This Dear Brother in Christ
has provided a set of Partial Dentures for our ministry. May God Bless Him!
Takes a little time for manufacturing and fitting, hope to be back on the road
in about three weeks. Meanwhile I went over to the "Rolling Hills Healthcare &
Rehab Center" here in Kerrville and ministered for a lovely group of folks.
About halfway through a couple of staff members came in wanting to take a
gentleman for his shower. With tears in his eye's he flat out refused to leave.
This seemed to bring us (the residents & I) even closer.

Thursday March 5 th ~
In Dripping Springs, Texas I was able to sing for a sweet group of folks at the
"Hill Country Care" facility. The activity director located me in their front entry
area. A large open-air room with an atrium and nursing station at the junction
of all the hallways. So not only residents, but the staff as well got to hear the
Gospel message.

Friday March 6 th ~
Back in Austin I'd been given the opportunity to House-Sit for a week. So, I
brought in the equipment to print and burn more CD's for giving out in nursing
homes. As well as the recording equipment to begin working on another
original song written by a Sister (Kay) from the Luke 4:18 Ministries group out
at Lakeway.

Saturday March 7 th ~
Got the printing done. CD Jacket Covers, Ministry (Business) Cards and
Prayer Cards. Then over to a Brother & Sister's place from the "Rivers"
church for a T-Bone Steak Dinner. Yum!

Sunday March 8 th ~
Attended worship services at "Jubilee Christian Center". Then joined a couple
of Sisters from the "Rivers" church for a Catfish Lunch. Yum!  After which I
swung by Jeanne & Snow's place to visit and pick up a DVD.
These dear ladies have a Christian talk show "Promise Unlimited". About
three years ago they did a show with, for and about our ministry which
periodically airs on "Cable Access TV" here in Austin. I now have that video
imported into the laptop and Lord Willing hope to get some excerpts onto the
website.

And So Begins Another Week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours In Christ, Larry
