Nursing Home Music Ministry
Al & Karolynk's Fifth Wheel RV
A sweet (roomy) place to spend a couple of weeks
recovering and working on the laptop. May God Bless Them!
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 28 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed
the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 99 Nursing Homes and 21
Churches. To God Be The Glory!
Monday July 7 th ~
Had an appointment at the Volunteers-In-Medicine Clinic here in Eugene to screen
for their program. (Figured I'd do what I can while healing from this oral surgery.)
Then published the update from a Burger King.
Purchased some CD disc, cases, and printer ink to assemble more CD's to give to
the folks in the nursing homes.
Tuesday July 8 th ~
More laptop work. Then doctors appointment. Qualified at this Clinic for the free
medical care while I'm in this area. The Doctor is graciously fast-tracking a lot of
test and providing free Diabetic supplies in anticipation of me heading out of the
area before too long. May God Bless Her!
Wednesday July 9 th ~
Finished assembling CD's for now. Then attended a get-together with friend's Mike
& Jean.
Thursday July 10 th ~
After a required twelve hour fast, I went into the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic to
give blood samples for some test. Then worked on songs back at the Fifth Wheel.
Received word that our second CD is being featured in three time slots today on a
Christian radio station on the Oregon Coast. Along with a sweet commentary by
the DJ about our ministry. Praise God!
I'm using the term (Our CD) and (Our Ministry) because most of you, in many
different ways are partners in this and have made it possible. Thank You! May God
Bless You!
Friday July 11 th ~
Did some recording work on the laptop in the Fifth Wheel.
Saturday July 12 th ~
Attended the Breakfast Bible study, then spent the rest of the day working on
recordings.
Sunday July 13 th ~
Attended morning worship services at the Bethany Church in Franklin. Then during
evening services I enjoyed the Honor of contributing some songs.
Praise God, I've healed up enough in the past few days to start singing again.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!
Yours In Christ, Larry
