Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 26 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed
the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 98 Nursing Homes and 20 Churches.
To God Be The Glory!
Monday June 23 th ~
Published the Update from the library here in Newport, Oregon. Then spent some
time at a dealership where a member (Scott) of one of the churches here donated a
timely oil change. May God Bless Him!
Tuesday June 24 th ~
Sang at the "Big Creek Point" Senior Living Community here in Newport. It went very
well.
Wednesday June 25 th ~
Ministered in "Bayside at South Beach" for three residents.
Attended mid-week services at the Assembly of God church.
Thursday June 26 th ~
A Dear Sister in Christ (Robin) here in Newport arranged for a locale dentist to give
me a free exam and prescription for antibiotic's to gain relief until I can find someone
to pull the tooth. May God Bless Them!
Friday June 27 th ~
Ministered at the "Newport Rehab Center". An older, rather poor facility. I was
encouraged when the activity director told me "At meal times the staff have been
playing the CD you left with us last year. It seems to calm the residents." To God Be
The Glory!
Saturday June 28 th ~
Attended a men's breakfast fellowship and an evening prayer meeting. Did some
relaxing in-between, including a walk on the beach.
Sunday June 29 th ~
Attended worship services at the Assembly of God church, then attended a pot luck
Social at "Big Creek Point".
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God
