Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 5 weeks since beginning this years mission. So
far we've enjoyed the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with
15 Nursing Homes and 3 Churches. To God Be The Glory!
Monday January 28 th ~
Published the update from the library here in Kingman, Arizona.
Then ministered at the "Garden Campus of Care" facility.
Tuesday January 29 th ~
Sang at "The Lingenfelter Center" Alzheimer's facility here in
Kingman. First in the men's only section, then in a coed area,
ending in the women's only section. All three in different ways
went very well. And afterwards I enjoyed, with six members of the
activity staff, the fellowship during a long lunch.
Wednesday January 30 th ~
Spent the morning doing laundry, then drove south through the
stark beauty of western Arizona to a rest area for the night.
Thursday January 31 st ~
On through the desert to a little southwest of Phoenix where I
camped in the (Free) Buckeye Hills Recreation Area. Did some
reading and hiking, resting the sinus.
Friday February 1 st ~
Ministered at the "Quiburi Mission Samaritan Center" in Benson,
Arizona. There was a young man present left in a paralyzed
non-responsive state as the result of a car wreak. His mother
weeping at one point, wanted me to know that he was keeping
time to the music with his thumb. She also informed me that three
years earlier he had told her he felt called to Preach. Her
conclusion was, when your called you best act quickly.
Saturday February 2 nd ~
Crossed the border into New Mexico where I was reluctantly
given the use of an old motel room the Agape Community has
(was told their in the process of disbanding).
Showered, did some walking, and worked on the laptop. A
neighbor gave me a bag of groceries, enough for lunch and
dinner. May God Bless Her!
Sunday February 3 rd ~
Attended morning worship services at the "Bethel Baptist
Church" here in Deming, New Mexico where I was given the
Honor of contributing a three song Special. Then at evening
services, I again enjoyed the opportunity to share the gospel in
song.
These dear folks took up a love offering, and enthusiastically
(giving me a key to the building) provided a place to park, plug in,
shower, and comfortably work on the laptop while I'm in the area.
May God Bless Them!

And So Begins Another Week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours In Christ, Larry
