Barb's Monday Night Home Group/Pot Luck Dinner/Worship Service/Prayer Meeting
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 7 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far
we've enjoyed the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 20
Nursing Homes and 4 Churches. To God Be The Glory!
Monday February 11 th ~
Published the update from the library in Johnson City, Texas.
Although they have wireless, it's a rather slow connection. Took
quite a while. Pulled into Lakeway, Texas in time for Barbara's Home
Group / Pot Luck Dinner / Worship Service / Prayer Meeting.
Tuesday February 12 th ~
In Austin, Texas I was able to get in to see the Doc about my sinus.
Started a round of antibiotics and took x-rays which showed the
fistula had closed up. Praise God! Your Prayers Have Worked!
Did laundry, renewed the license tags for the van, and attended the
Tuesday night prayer meeting at the "Rivers of Living Water"
church. These dear folks have again given permission to park at the
church while in the area. May God Bless Them!
Wednesday February 13 th ~
Performed an oil change on the van and got the state inspection
done, so now we're legally permitted to be on the road for another
year.
Attended mid-week services at "Jubilee Christian Center".
Thursday February 14 th ~
Out to north Austin for the "Dream Center's" food pantry day. Then
to the library where I obtained access to a conference room to set up
the printer and run off copies for one of the CD jacket covers, and
work on the website.
Friday February 15 th ~
Enjoyed the fellowship of a two hour lunch with a dear Brother in
Christ (David) who donated 200 CD blanks to the ministry. May God
Bless Him!
Spent the rest of the day, before and after, working on the laptop.
Saturday February 16 th ~
Attended the Bible Study / Breakfast Fellowship at Rivers, then spent
most the day in the library working on the laptop. Ended with dinner
and a movie at the home of members of the church.
Sunday February 17 th ~
Attended the early worship service at Jubilee, then got over to
"Cathedral of Praise" where I enjoyed a few hugs.
Met up with an Adult Christian Singles Group for lunch.
Unfortunately it was all-u-can-eat.
And I did. However, I followed it with a long walk in the park, which
helped.
Then back to the Rivers church for the night.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God

P.S. Decided to hold off singing this week in an effort to give the
sinus area a chance to heal while on the antibiotics. I apologize for
my weakness. Pray God Strengthens My Faith.
