Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings. I hope and pray all is well with you and yours. It has now been 51 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 198 Nursing Homes and 45 Churches. To God Be The Glory! Monday December 15 th ~ Published from the Village Inn restaurant in El Paso, Texas. Then ministered at the "Good Samaritan" nursing home. Afterwards, a dear lady warmly held my hand and with tears in her eye's said "I needed that". Then she Blessed me. Makes it all worth while. Joe and Debra from the church I attended yesterday, had me over for dinner and a sweet time of fellowship tonight. May God Bless This Lovely Family! Tuesday December 16 th ~ Crossed the border into New Mexico and sang at the "Good Samaritan" nursing home in Las Cruces. Then spent some time in the library working on the laptop. Wednesday December 17 th ~ Ministered at the "Heritage Assisted Living" facility here in Las Cruces. Then drove to Deming, New Mexico and attended mid-week services at the "Bethel Baptist Church" where I enjoyed the Honor of contributing a couple of songs. These fine folks have provided a place to park and plug in the heater, as well as a key to the building so I can use the shower and internet while I'm in the area. May God Bless Them! Thursday December 18 th ~ Enjoyed some fellowship with the pastor (Paul) and secretary (Patty). Did a lot of work on the laptop. Then ministered at the "Willow Manor". Friday December 19 th ~ More computer work. Then sang at the "Mimbres Care Center". Later in the evening, I joined some of the church members for a Christmas Music presentation at their town's "Marshal Hall" facility. Saturday December 20 th ~ Spent the day working on the laptop. Sunday December 21 st ~ It's my Birthday. One of the couples from church asked me to join them at one of the nursing home's for an early morning church service. Then attended worship services here at "Bethel Baptist" where I enjoyed the opportunity to contribute a couple of songs. Treated myself to a Double Whopper and some time on the laptop. Then attended evening services where a young couple (who are preparing to spend a couple of years in the East Asia mission field) gave a little talk.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God Guard, Guide And Direct You. In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!
