"Seiling Nursing Center" Seiling, Oklahoma
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 42 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed
the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 167 Nursing Homes and 37
Churches. To God Be The Glory!
Monday October 13 th ~
Published from the library here in Great Bend, Kansas. Then ministered at the "River
Bend" assisted living facility.
Later, was able to record some drum tracts on a couple of songs with our Brother
Mark.
Tuesday October 14 th ~
Sang at the "Cherry" nursing home, then back to the "Prodigal Son House" for a last
afternoon of fellowship with the guys.
Wednesday October 15 th ~
Said my goodbye's and headed south to St. John, Kansas where I was able to
minister at the "Leisure Homestead" during their once monthly Buffett Lunch.
Continued south to Alva, Oklahoma and sang at the "Share Convalescent Home". I
came in just as a bible study was wrapping up. A day of Good Timing.
Thursday October 16 th ~
Stopped at the "Seiling Nursing Center" in Seiling, Oklahoma. Folks in this
older/small town facility were very appreciative. They told me "We don't get much of
this kind of thing here".
Friday October 17 th ~
Slipped in to the Texas panhandle to Pampa and sang at the "Pampa Nursing
Center". Then to the Police Station looking for a shower. They ended up arranging a
motel room for the night. May God Bless Them!
Saturday October 18 th ~
Drove to Perryton, Texas and sang at the "Senior Village Nursing Home". One of the
ladies mumbled incoherently throughout the hour. Afterwards when I took her hand,
she immediately started weeping.
This kind of thing happens quite often. There's a lot of pain and sorrow out there.
Sunday October 19 th ~
Attended worship services at the "Cornerstone Church of God" here in Perryton
where I was given the Honor of leading the song service.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.

P.S. For several weeks now I've been dealing with pain in my left leg. Please Pray for
me.
