Nursing Home Music Ministry
"Alamo Navajo Indian Reservation"
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 4 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far
we've enjoyed the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 12
Nursing Homes and 2 Churches. To God Be The Glory!
Monday January 21 st ~
Published the update from Kenny & Laurie's house here in Magdalena,
New Mexico. Then rode with them out to the Alamo Navajo Indian
Reservation where we had a Singing / Communion / Prayer / Service.
Back at the house, we were able to get a few tracts recorded with
Laurie singing on one of my songs. Then to a motel meeting room in
town for their Monday night Bible Study where I got to share my
testimony and sing a few songs.
Tuesday January 22 nd ~
Spent the morning doing laundry and general housekeeping chores in
preparation for leaving. Kenny came home for lunch and we all said
our goodbye's. What an awesome family this is. A shinning example of
Hospitality and Generosity. May God Bless Them!
Drove west across the border into Arizona to a State Park for the
night, so I could plug in the heater.

Prayer Request:
Some of you may know that about five years ago I underwent several
surgery's attempting to close up a "Fistula Communication".     ( A
hole going into the sinus's as a result of a tooth extraction). Well, that
problem has resurfaced. Please pray for me.

Wednesday January 23 rd ~
Got in a long walk and shower before leaving the park. Arrived in
Holbrook, AZ just after lunchtime and sang at the "Holbrook Extended
Care" facility.
Attended mid-week services at the "Calvary Chapel" where the pastor
(Dean) wanted to donate a motel room for the night. May God Bless
Him!
Thursday January 24 th ~
With a winter storm forecast for snow and cold, I drove on across the
mountains through Flagstaff to the lower elevation at Kingman, AZ.
Enjoyed seeing the snow falling in the mountains, and got through
before accumulation caused driving problems. Mike (a member of one
of the churches in Kingman) supplied a place to park, plug in, and
shower. May God Bless Him!
Friday January 25 th ~
Ministered at the "Desert Highland Care Center" here in Kingman. The
problem area in my sinus was a bit painful at first, but eased up after a
few songs and the folks seemed to enjoy themselves.
Saturday January 26 th ~
Joined Mike for a men's bible study gathering in the morning, then
took the rest of the day off.
Sunday January 27 th ~
Attended worship services at the "Good Shepherd Lutheran Church"
here in Kingman where I enjoyed the honor of contributing a song.

And So Begins Another Week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours In Christ, Larry
