Dear Brothers And Sisters In Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 13 weeks since beginning this years ministry. So far I've enjoyed the privilege
of sharing the gospel in song with 54 Nursing Homes and 10 Churches. To God Be The Glory!
Monday March 26 th ~
Ministered in Whigham, Georgia at the "Pinewood Nursing Center". We had a Revival type
atmosphere with folks singing along, laugh'in and clapp'in to the beat.
Stopped in Cairo to publish the UPDATE, then on to Quitman where I arranged to play in the N.H.
for the morrow, and got out to "The Refuge of Hope" (Prison ministry located on 40 acres)
where I was treated to a meal and allowed to park for the night.
Tuesday March 27 th ~
Hooked up with Andy (a brother in Christ), for some fellowship. Then ministered at the
"Presbyterian Home and Retirement Community" here in Quitman, Georgia. Got to sing during
the time they normally watch the Gaither Hour, so I fit right in.
Out to The Refuge for dinner and a meeting (devotional) with Andy and some of the guys in the
program. Then over to Andy & Tammy's where they put me up in their quest bedroom for the
night. May God Bless Them!
Wednesday March 28 th ~
Made a run south, stopping at the "Oakridge Assisted Living" facility in Mayo, Florida where I
was able to sing during a birthday party they had scheduled. Then on to Gainesville, Florida
where I visited with a brother & sister in Christ. In addition to singing in their church, "Brother
Gabe" does charity events, nursing homes, etc. May God Bless Them!
Thursday March 29 th ~
Ran back north stopping to minister at the "Pine Lake Nursing Home" in Greenville. Florida.
While going for a walk in the park I saw a statue of Ray Charles. Turns out he spent some of his
younger years here.
Got back to Quitman, Georgia in time for a short guitar lesson with Andy and Praise Team
practice at the church.
Friday March 30 th ~
Spent the day at Andy's store doing some recording and fellowshipping.
Saturday March 31 st ~
Attended a Men's prayer breakfast then took the rest of the day off.
Sunday April 1 st ~
Attended the "Cross Point Church" here in Quitman where I had the Honor of contributing a
couple of songs.
Enjoyed a pot-luck dinner over at the Methodist church, then drove over to Valdosta, Georgia
and ministered for some sweet folks at the "Heritage House Nursing Home".
Later on, back at Andy's, a brother I'd met at the pot-luck dropped by to donate a tank of gas to
the ministry. May God Bless Him!

And So Begins Another Week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours In Christ, Larry
