Angels Recovery Church
Dear Brothers And Sisters In Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 9 weeks since beginning this years ministry. So far I've enjoyed the
privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 35 Nursing Homes and 6 Churches. To God Be
The Glory!
Monday February 26 th ~
Published the UPDATE from a coffee shop here in Roswell, New Mexico. Then drove to
Portales, New Mexico where I ministered at the "Heartland Continuing Care Center" for a
rather large group of residents. Received a number of tearful, heartfelt thank yous. May God
Bless Them!
Tuesday February 27 th ~
Crossed the border back into Texas and ministered at the "Park View Nursing Home" in
Muleshoe, Texas. The AD got excited, because a group already scheduled to be with the
residents had cancelled, then I showed up at just the right time. Praise God!
Wednesday February 28 th ~
On the road early, watched the sun come up. Stopped in Eden, Texas and ministered at
"Concho Health & Rehabilitation" for a large group in their main entrance area. Then over to
the Alzheimer's unit for a smaller crowd before lunch.
Back on the road, I got into Austin early afternoon, showered at my sisters place, then over
to Jubilee Christian Center for mid-week services and a sweet reunion.
Thursday March 1 st ~
Got the State Inspection Sticker done on the van, then had lunch with a dear Brother in
Christ (George). Spent the afternoon taking care of the title transfer, Texas license plates,
and an oil change. It all smoothly fell into place. Praise God!
Friday March 2 nd ~
Laundry Day. Took care of some domestic chores, then had dinner with my dear Sister in
Christ Sarah.
Saturday March 3 rd ~
Took the day off, then attended the evening worship service at "Angels Recovery Church"
where I enjoyed the Honor of contributing some songs.
Sunday March 4 th ~
Attended worship services at "Jubilee Christian Center". Then over to the "Englewood
Estates Retirement Residence" where I sang for about a half hour before a group from the
"Rivers of Living Water" church arrived to hold a service. I joined in with them and had the
privilege of contributing another song.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God
