Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 50 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the
privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 165 Nursing Homes and 35 Churches. To God
Be The Glory!

Monday December 14 th ~
Straightened up the Parsonage I've had the use of the past few days. These dear folks
even told me to hold onto the key for next year. Another twist on Hospitality.
Published the update from the Chamber of Commerce in Kerrville, Texas. Then drove
south through some beautiful hill country, crossing the Guadeloupe and Frio rivers. Got
into Uvalde, Texas just before dark.

Tuesday December 15 th ~
Ministered at the "Uvalde Healthcare & Rehab Center".
 Time at a laundry mat.
Pastor of the "New Testament Fellowship" (Chuck) gave me access to the building,
where I was able to finish editing this weeks song "Silent Night".
A couple from the church (Ron & Rosa) allowed the use of the shower facilities at their
home. May God Bless Them!

Wednesday December 16 th ~
Sang at a small assisted living facility for seven residents and two staff members. Then
drove to Del Rio, Texas.

Thursday December 17 th ~
Continued west to Alpine, Texas where I was able to minister at the "Alpine Valley Care
Center". Shortly after I got started, a Brownie Troop of young girls came in wanting to
sing some Carols. I quickly turned it over to them, playing along as best I could. When
they finished, they handed out Christmas cards to the residents. Sweet!

Friday December 18 th ~
In Ft. Davis, Texas I sang at the "Sullivan" residential care home for three ladies. A
special time in their comfortable parlor.
Continuing west, I stopped at the McDonnell Observatory and took a look at one of their
Big telescopes.
A bit further, at a large roadside picnic area, I got in a 2.4 mile hike on the MaDera
Canyon Nature Trail. I was a Huff'n & a Puff'n by the time I got to the canyon rim. But Oh
what a view of the Davis Mountains. Ended up staying at the picnic area for the night.
Got kind of cold at this 6000 foot elevation.

Saturday December 19 th ~
Stopped at a KOA campground for a shower, then on to El Paso, Texas to the "Westside
Community Church" where I was able to park for the night and plug in my little electric
heater.

Sunday December 20 th ~
Enjoyed the Honor of contributing a couple of songs during the worship service this
morning. Then joined the Pastor's family for lunch.
Worked on the laptop a bit, back at the church building. Then helped a group of teens
wrap presents. Roughly 75 pair of shoes for an orphanage across the border.

And So Begins Another Week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours In Christ, Larry
