Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 43 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the
privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 153 Nursing Homes and 31 Churches. To God
Be The Glory!
Monday October 26 th ~
Said my goodbyes to Ron & Georgeann, who have been so kind & generous as to give
me a place to park and shower here in Antlers, Oklahoma. As well as feeding me while I'm
in the area. May God Bless Them!
Drove south to Hugo, Oklahoma and ministered at the "Baptist Village" nursing home.
Walked in about the time a scheduled Bible Study was due to start. But the teacher had
just gone home, not feeling well. So, with folks already gathered, I was able to go right on
in and start ministering. Devine Appointment?
Published the update from the library in town, then parked early at the Wal-mart on this
cold/rainy day.
Tuesday October 27 th ~
Crossed into Texas, stopping in Palestine where I was able to minister at the "Greenbrier
Nursing & Rehab Center" for a rather large group of residents. Then over to the YMCA
for a shower.
Wednesday October 28 th ~
Drove south to Austin, Texas. Visited with my next to youngest sister (Connie) for a bit.
Then with the youngest (Janet).
Attended mid-week services at "Jubilee Christian Center".
Thursday October 29 th ~
Printed out a bunch of Jacket Covers. Burned more disc, Assembling more of the latest
CD's. Got to spend a few hours visiting with my Dear Brother "Uncle George".
Friday October 30 th ~
Spent the day with my Dear Brother William. Dinner with his lovely family. Parked there
for the night.
Saturday October 31 st ~
Looked into new laptops with my Dear Brother (and technical advisor) David. Got treated
to a home cooked meal by him and his lovely wife Mary. Then they took me to an event at
one of the large churches here with Jeremy Camp, Natalie Grant and Bebo.
Another First Experience for me.
Sunday November 1 st ~
Attended "Cathedral of Praise" with David & Mary. Enjoyed a Pot Luck at the church.
Then an evening of sweet fellowship back at their house.
And So Begins Another Week.
May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
