Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 3 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the
privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 11 Nursing Homes and 2 Churches. To God
Be The Glory!
Monday January 18 th ~
MLK Day!
Library's are closed today. However, I was able to find a church which allowed me the
use of their WiFi to publish the update.
After I finished, I found out the Pastor and some ladies had gone to the nursing home I
ministered in this past Saturday, which they do every Monday morning. So I swung by to
thank them for access to the internet and stuck around singing with them from hymnals.
Drove on to Big Springs, Texas where I was able to get a much needed shower at the
YMCA.
Tuesday January 19 th ~
Drove southeast to Llano, Texas and ministered at the "Hill Country Healthcare" nursing
home.
Wednesday January 20 th ~
Back in Austin, Texas where I've been given a small (7-day) window to do some
recording. Sat up the equipment. Enjoyed a nice long lunch/fellowship with Brother
George. Recorded some drum tracks. Dinner with dear Sister Sarah. Then mid-week
services at "Jubilee Christian Center".
Thursday January 21 st ~
Recording work, including a long lunch/fellowship with Brother David.
Friday January 22 nd ~
Recording Work.
Saturday January 23 rd ~
Attended a morning Bible study with friends at the "Rivers of Living Water" church.
Then did some recording work. Then did some relaxing work.
Sunday January 24 th ~
Attended the early service at "Jubilee Christian Center". Then over to "Cathedral of
Praise" for their later service. Enjoyed lunch with Brother David. Then to "Englewood
Estates" retirement community where I was given the Honor of contributing a number of
songs during their service.
And So Begins Another Week.
